COPA offers a fresh look into a fusion of culinary flavors from Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. Cultures and recipes combine offering a unique middle ground for enthusiasts of Craft Coffee, Cocktails, Wines, Beer, Authentic Dishes, Hookah and Afro Latin Sounds.

Established in 2019, by St. Pete natives and brothers Maxim & Sebastien Thuriere, the duo had visions of bringing a taste of their Haitian Caribbean heritage to the streets of Down Town St. Petersburg.
