- FLEXIBLE room capacity -

We’ve hosted a wide variety of private events from social mixers, birthdays, private dinners, holiday parties, wedding receptions, bridal showers, corporate events, live performances and everything in between. Our standing capacity is 60 persons per room or 120 persons total for complete house rental. For private dinners we recommend no more than 40 persons per room

- NO RENTAL FEES.. seriously

You read that right! There’s no rental fee to book our space. Instead, we use a Minimum Spend model, which simply put, means your group just needs to meet a set spend on food, beverage or package add-ons. This “Minimum Spend” amount is based on several criteria including date & time, event duration, and any other special accommodations that might be needed.

Event dates book quickly! For the best chance of securing your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance.
