COPA offers a fresh look into a fusion of culinary flavors from Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. Cultures and recipes combine offering a unique middle ground for enthusiasts of Craft Coffee, Cocktails, Wines, Beer, Authentic Dishes, Hookah and Afro Latin Sounds.
Established in 2019, by St. Pete natives and brothers Maxim & Sebastien Thuriere, the duo had visions of bringing a taste of their Haitian Caribbean heritage to the streets of Down Town St. Petersburg.
First come, first serve!
Although reservations are not required, we now offer a limited number of reservations during weekday Dinner Service through our online booking platform. Our best recommendation is to call ahead for the most accurate availability & wait times if reservations do not appear available.

In an effort to best serve all our guests during high volume periods, weekend reservations are not currently accepted. Please note that party sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 persons.
